Flax Drop Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and nutmeg.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, cream margarine and brown sugar and beat until fluffy.
  5. Add egg, pumpkin, and vanilla, and beat well.
  6. Add dry ingredients to liquids, and beat until well blended.
  7. Stir in cranberries and flaxseed.
  8. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2" apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
