Barbecued Pork In Buns Recipe
- 2 lb boneless pork loin
- 1 x onion minced
- 3/4 c. cola carbonated beverage
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 8 x sandwich buns
- Combine all ingredients except buns in 4-qt slow-cooker.
- Cook, covered on high 5 to 6 hrs or possibly till very tender.
- Drain and slice or possibly shred pork, serve on buns with additional barbecue sauce, if you like.
- Note: Pork can be made 1 to 2 days ahead, cover and chill.
- Reheat before serving.
