Chipotle-Chicken Salad
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1/4 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided
- 1 pkg. (7 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
- 1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Grill chicken 6 to 8 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
- Remove from grill.
- Immediately sprinkle with chile powder and 2 Tbsp.
- cheese; let stand until cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining cheese with remaining ingredients.
- Slice chicken; place on salad.
