Seared Chicken With Asparagus and Cashews

  1. heat oil in a wok of large skillet over high.
  2. Add asparagus and cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chicken, and cook for 4 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cook trough.
  4. stir the scallions, ginger, and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cashews and serve immediately.
