Sauteed Tenderloin Recipe
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 pound tenderloin cut into strips
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 can brown gravy (13 1/2 ounce.)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 c. cooked rice or possibly egg noodles
- In large skillet saute/fry tenderloin for 4 min in warm oil.
- Remove meat from skillet and keep hot.
- Add in butter, onion and green pepper to skillet and saute/fry for 3 min.
- Return meat to skillet and pour in gravy.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Heat stirring till bubbly.
- Reduce heat and simmer covered approximately 20 min or possibly till meat is tender.
- To serve, spoon over rice or possibly egg noodles.
- Makes 4-6 servings.
