Grilled Salmon Packets

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut fish into 4 pieces; place 1 piece, skin side down, onto center of each of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Spoon vegetables over fish.
  4. Fold to make packet.
  5. Grill 8 to 10 min.
  6. or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
  8. Drizzle with dressing.
