Rock 'n' Roll Mai Tai
- 4 fresh blackberries
- 2 ounces guava nectar
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces white rum, such as Sammy's Beach Bar Rum
- 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur, such as Canton's, or ginger syrup
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice
- Cherry, for garnish
- In a mixing glass, muddle the blackberries, and then add the guava nectar, pineapple juice, white rum, ginger liqueur, lime juice and bitters.
- Add ice, shake and serve over crushed ice and finish with a cherry on top.
