Authentic Texas Crockpot Chili
- 2 pounds Beef Stew Meat
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Pinto Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Paste
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1/2 Tablespoons Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Coffee Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Splash Of Water Or Stock
- Combine all ingredients in a crockpot and stir well to combine.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours, or high for 4-5 (although I highly recommend the low version).
- Serve with your favorite chili toppings!
