Soft Cooked Custard Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs slightly, beating in the sugar and salt.
  2. Add in warm lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly.
  3. Put in top of double boiler over boiling water.
  4. Continue to stir till thick as cream and coats the spoon.
  5. Strain and add in vanilla.
  6. Refrigeratebefore serving.
  7. Keep covered in refrigerator.
