Caramel Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter.
  2. Press into a base of a 20cm spring form pan.
  3. Chill.
  4. Heat condensed milk, golden syrup and butter in a saucepan until combined.
  5. Boil for 10 minutes stirring continuously.
  6. Beat Philly* until soft, stir in gelatine mixture and caramel mixture.
  7. Pour into prepared crumb base.
  8. Chill for 2-3 hours.
  9. Decorate with lollies.
