Sauteed Cucumbers
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3 cucumbers - halved lengthwise, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 tablespoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- salt to taste
- Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat; add cucumbers, tarragon, white pepper, and salt.
- Saute cucumber mixture until cucumber bits become translucent, 12 to 15 minutes.
