Avocado Dip

• 1 avocado
• 34 cup sour cream
• 14 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• juice of one lemon
• 3 tablespoons sultanas (chopped)
• 1 chopped spring onion
• fresh black pepper

1. Mix first 5 ingredients together until desired consistency.
2. (can be rough or smooth).
3. mix in chopped spring onion and fresh black pepper.
4. put in small glass bowl and serve with corn chips.
