Chinese Meatballs Recipe

  1. Combine beef, celery, almonds, garlic and salt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add in crumbs, soy sauce, ajinomoto, and Large eggs; mix well.
  4. Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
  5. Roll in cornstarch.
  6. Heat oil in large skillet and brown meatballs on all sides till thoroughly cooked.
  7. Serve with pineapple sauce.
