- 3 teaspoons Pepper
- 3 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 pounds Pork Butt
- 1/2 cups Water

- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/4 cups Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Water

- Rub all over the pork butt.
- Place in your slow cooker and pour the water and Coke around the sides of it.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- An hour before the pork butt is done, you want to make the glaze.
- Combine all the glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat over medium-high heat.
- Continuously stir the sauce until it starts to thicken up.
- Glaze the pork 2 or 3 times during that last hour of cooking.
- Once pork is cooked, remove from slow cooker.
- Pull out the shoulder blade and shred the meat to your desired consistency.
- Serves just like this or make a sandwich, using the extra glaze for your sauce.
