Chicken Hot Dish

  1. Place stuffing mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Pour butter and hot water over dressing.
  3. Saute celery and onion in 1 tablespoon butter.
  4. Spread chicken or turkey, celery and onion over stuffing. Beat eggs and milk.
  5. Pour over everything.
  6. Spread mayonnaise over everything.
  7. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove 1 hour before baking, removing Saran Wrap.
  8. Spread 1 can cream of chicken soup over all.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
