Meat and potatoes

  1. All the ingredients in brackets can be added according to your own taste.
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes and cook them for about 10 or 15 minutes in a microwave.
  3. Fry the chopped onion with garlic (and chopped chilli).
  4. Add the beef chunks (bacon bits) to the already fried mixture.
  5. Cook the meat.
  6. Add the sliced peppers (mushrooms).
  7. When the meat is cooked add the potatoes and toss everything together until everything is heated through.
  8. If the meat looks like it's drying add a little bit of wine (or water with a dash of vinegar if you don't want to or can't use alcohol).
