Tartar Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon chopped pickles
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoon chopped capers
- 1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
- In a medium bowl, combine mayo, mustard, lemon juice, pickles, parsley, capers and chopped egg.
- Stir to combine and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
