Ginger Peach Margaritas

  1. Place pureed peaches, ginger syrup, lime juice and peach juice or nectar in a blender and mix together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in the freezer.
  3. When ready to serve, add the alcohol.
  4. Combine well, pour into glasses, garnish and serve.
  5. Note: You can, also, double the recipe and place the mixture into an ice cream maker and make a lot for a party.
  6. With this method, the mixture stays frozen longer and has a better consistency.
