Ramos Gin Fizz

• 2 ounces of gin
• splash of simple syrup
• splash of orange flower water
• splash of lemon juice
• 1 egg white
• soda water

1. In a shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, flower water, lemon juice, cream and egg white.
2. Add a couple of ice cubes.
3. Shake several times and strain into an old fashioned glass filled half way with ice.
4. Top the drink with soda water.
