AMIEs CHOCO PISTACCHI BUTTER cake

  1. Sift flour and measure.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder together.
  3. Cream the butter.
  4. Add sugar gradually.
  5. Continue beating until mixture is light and fluffy.
  6. Frequently scrape the sides of the bowl.
  7. Drop eggs yolks into the mixture one at a time beating well after each addition.
  8. Add the dry ingredients and carnation evaporated milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour.
  9. Add the chocolate with pistacchi and mix well.
  10. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until very stiff.
  11. Fold into chocolate-butter-flour mixture.
  12. Pour into prepared pan.
  13. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Frost with pistacchi butter frosting.
  15. PISTACCHI BUTTER frosting: Cream butter and add 1 cup powdered sugar gradually.
  16. Add 6-8 tbsps.
  17. pistacchi, sliced finely and 2-4 tbsps.
  18. carnation evaporated milk.
  19. Add 2 cups powdered sugar and carnation evaporated milk until a good spreading consistency is obtained.
  20. Add 1 tsp.
  21. vanilla.
