Southern grilled country ribs

  1. Place ribs in large pot.
  2. Add vinegar and onion.
  3. Add enough water to cover meat.
  4. Boil for 1-2 hours.
  5. Drain water and place ribs on grill turning and basting with bbq every 7-10 minutes.
  6. Cook for about 30-40 minutes or until meat is falling off bone.
