Fresh Cranberry Relish

  1. Place all ingredients in the food processor, pulsing several times till all the cranberries are chopped fine, but still have some chunks to them.
  2. Put relish in a bowl and stir to make sure that the ingredients are well mixed.
  3. Allow relish to sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature as this will allow the flavors to meld well.
