Creamy Vegetable Soup
- 1 cup broccoli, cooked
- 13 cup vegetable broth
- 14 cup frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 12 tablespoon tahini
- 12 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 14 cup tempeh, diced
- In a blender or food processor, puree broccoli, broth, spinach, miso, tahini, and vinegar until smooth.
- Place in a saucepan, add tempeh, and heat until hot.
