Easy Chicken Dish
- 2 cups seasoned rotisserie chicken
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 13 cup diced red bell pepper
- 14 cup diced onion
- 13 cup finely shredded fresh parmesan cheese
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Debone chicken, tearing it into bite size pieces and place in 9 X 9 baking dish.
- Mix soup, red pepper, and onion in separate bowl.
- Add soup mixture to chicken, mixing well.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top the last 5 minutes.
- Serve over toast or rice.
