Lunch for One Simple Macaroni Cheese

  1. Bring the water to a boil and dissolve the stock cube.
  2. Boiling the pasta.
  3. Check how much water is left one minute before the pasta finishes boiling.
  4. It should be enough to cover the pasta or a little less.
  5. Mix in the Parmesan cheese.
  6. If the mixture is too stiff, add a little milk to loosen.
  7. Add the cheddar cheese and butter.
  8. Cover with a lid, stop the heat, and wait for the pot to stop boiling.
  9. Uncover the lid, mix well, and transfer to a serving plate.
  10. Top with coarsely ground black pepper and it's complete.
