Sauteed Mushrooms

  1. Slice mushrooms and onions and set aside.
  2. In a small skillet place butter, onions and mushrooms and saute gently for 1 minute turning often.
  3. then add worchestershire sauce and lemon juice.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cook until mushrooms are done to your desired texture.
