Cheesy Chicken, Rice and Rotel Casserole

  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour in a baking dish.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 3540 minutes, or until rice is tender.
  3. Note: If you would like to make it even quicker, substitute 4 chicken breasts for 2 large cans of canned chicken.
