Country Stew

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Cut meat into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Peel and cut potatoes into pieces larger than meat.
  4. Clean carrots, celery and onion and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  5. In a large, heavy roasting pan or ceramic crock-pot, combine all ingredients.
  6. Bake, covered, for 5 hours without stirring.
