Fruit Pizza
- 2 c. plain flour
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) carton nondairy whipped topping
- 1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tropical fruit salad, drained
- 1 c. fresh strawberries
- Combine flour and melted margarine.
- Press into a pizza pan. Sprinkle nuts over top; press into dough.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly brown.
- Cool completely.
- Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust, leaving a 1/4 inch border of crust showing.
- Combine pie filling and drained tropical fruit; spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with sliced strawberries and if desired, nuts.
- Refrigerate several hours.
