Potato casserole

• 6 medium Potatoes
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
• 16 oz Sour cream
• 1/3 cup Chopped green onions
• 1 1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
• 1 cup cornflake crumbs

1. boil potatoes till soft and mash
2. heat butter & soup
3. blend in sour cream, onion & cheddar
4. mix with potatoes in baking dish
5. top with crumbs
6. bake 45min.
7. at 350
