For every tastebud
- 2 medium plums
- 2 large kosher dill pickles sliced into medallions
- 1 stalk celery cut into 3 inch lengths
- 1 tsp shredded fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp blackberry jam
- 1/2 tsp tajin spice
- Cut the plums into quarters
- Mix peanut butter, jam, cilantro, and sambal oelek very well set into center of dish
- Arange the fruit and veggies in a circle around the peanut butter mixture on a dish
- Sprinkle with tajin enjoy
