Lo Cholesterol Bran Muffins Recipe

  1. Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Make a well.
  3. Add in wet ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
  6. Spray lightly with Pam.
  7. Make as many muffins as needed.
  8. Batter can be refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
  10. This can be changed to a low fat recipe also by changing the oil to yogurt.
  11. For a low sugar recipe, add in dry fruit, sugar-free applesauce or possibly mashed banana to equal 1 1/4 c. of sugar, then substitute.
