LG's Tortilla Sushi
- 1 tortilla
- 1 nori seaweed
- 1 bamboo mate
- 1 cucumbers
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp dijon mustard or wasabi paste
- 1 tsp hotdog relish or mayonaise
- 1 otak otak
- 1 fried chicken strip or
- 1 bacon strip or
- 1 hotdog strip or
- 1 shred beef or
- Layer a sheets of nori seaweed on bamboo mat then top with tortilla
- Put 1carrot strip and 1cucumber strip with cooked otak otak
- Squeeze some hotdog relish dressing with djorn mustard then top with crush peanut
- Roll firmly using the bamboo mat
- Roll up tortilla shushi then slice up and serve as fingerfood shushi
