Easy diet salad..
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 50 grams low fat cottage cheese/tofu
- 50 grams soaked chickpeas
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp mustard powder
- 3 tbsp low fat hung curd
- Cut tomato,cucumber n carrots in small cubes.
- roast the soaked chickpeas for 2 mins wid pinch of salt.
- cut cheese into cubes n mix all ingredients.
