Ham Bar B Q For A Crowd Recipe

• 70 lbs. thinly sliced boneless ham
• 4 lbs. brown sugar
• 3 to 4 gallons tomato sauce
• 1 gallon pickle relish
• 1 to 2 c. lemon juice
• 1 to 2 c. Worcestershire sauce

1. Combine: brown sugar, tomato sauce, relish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce in large kettle.
2. Heat thoroughly.
3. Add in ham.
4. Cook till heated.
5. Serve on hamburger buns.
