Ginger-Maple Parfaits for Two
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
- 4 gingersnaps, crushed
- Mix Neufchatel and syrup in medium bowl until blended.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Spoon half the Neufchatel mixture evenly into 2 parfait glasses; top evenly with half the cookie crumbs.
- Repeat layers.
