Hawaiian Drops
- 34 cup butter, softened
- 34 cup sugar
- 34 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 12 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 34 cups miniature M&M baking bits
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy; beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Combine oats, flour baking powder and baking soda; blend into cream mixture.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
- Bake 13-15 minutes.
- Cool on wire racks and store in airtight container.
