Mini BLT's
- 1 bunch Baby Spinach
- 1 packages Bacon
- 1 packages Grape Tomatoes
- 1 packages Hawaiian Rolls
- 1 bottle of Chipotle Ranch Dressing
- Slice bacon in 3 making small slices and cook in pan until done remove and place on a paper towel to drain the grease
- Rinse grape tomatoes and baby spinach and set aside
- Toast Hawaiian Rolls in broiler on low just to get a light toast
- Take toasted Hawaiian Rolls and assemble starting with bacon than 1 peice of spinach than the grape tomatoe
- Lastly drizzle the chipotle ranch over the grape tomatoe spinach and bacon close mini sandwich and enjoy
