Light CREAM OF WHEAT Pancakes

  1. Beat egg whites and milk in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add baking mix and cereal; stir just until moistened.
  3. Melt 1-1/2 tsp.
  4. of the margarine on griddle.
  5. Using 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake, cook on hot griddle until bubbles form on top.
  6. Turn to brown other side.
  7. Repeat with remaining margarine and batter.
