Molded Chicken Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve Jello in boiling chicken stock.
  2. Add in lemon juice.
  3. Cold.
  4. Add in mayonnaise, mixing well.
  5. Cold till slightly congealed.
  6. Pour gelatin over minced ingredients.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Put in glass container.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap.
  10. Chill.
  11. Serves 10 to 12.
