Carl's Fudge Recipe
- 3 cups sugar (splender)
- 1 cup milk
- 12 ounces chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Mix together in a stainless steel pan and bring to a boil for about 10 minutes It may take longer if the humidity is high.When the fudge makes a soft ball in a cup of water, it is ready for the peanut butter.
- Mix in the peanut butter(can use more according to your taste) and then pour into two pie pan is you want it thinner.
- if not pour into a 8x11 for thicker Fudge When it has cools , cut into squares before it gets cold.
