Buffalo Chip Cookies
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. white sugar
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 3 c. Post Toasties cereal
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (6 oz.) milk chocolate chips
- Cream butter and sugars.
- Add eggs, flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Chill in refrigerator for two (2) hours.
- Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown.
- (When I make these, I make half a recipe.)
- They also freeze very well.
