Easy Homemade Vegetable Beef Soup Recipe
- 1 pound stew meat
- 2 (16 ounce.) cans Veg-All
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 sm. potatoes
- Rice
- Spaghetti noodles
- Season meat as desired.
- Simmer in shortening till tender.
- Add in the tomato sauce, juice from vegetables, and water to desired consistency.
- Cut up potatoes and add in to mix with about 1/8 to 1/4 c. raw rice.
- Break up a small amount of raw spaghetti noodles and put in soup.
- After rice and spaghetti is cooked, add in your mixed vegetables and continue cooking till thoroughly heated.
- Add in water if necessary throughout cooking.
- Soups tastes better if it is allowed to sit awhile to absorb the flavor.
