Cajun Ham Schnitzel With Pasta Sauce

  1. Blend all spices for the Cajun spice mix.
  2. Sauce onion, garlic and celery in the olive oil.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper, saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Boil pasta and pour the sauce on top.
  5. Dry ham schnitzels well with paper towel.
  6. Sprinkle Cajun spice on both sides.
  7. Melt butter on frying pan until golden.
  8. Brown schnitzels on both sides and saute 2 minutes on each side.
