Beer Marinade for Grilling Meat

• 14 cup beer
• 14 cup apple cider or 14 cup apple juice
• 12 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon kosher salt

1. Mix together and use as marinade for grilled meats.
