Fajita Pork Chops
- 1 cup water
- 8 boneless pork chops
- 1 md. bell pepper, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1 md. onion, cut in 1-inch strips
- 1/4 cup fajita seasoning
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- Sear chops in non-stick skillet until brown on both sides.
- Add 1 cup water and seasoning.
- Add onion and bell pepper.
- Simmer until water is gone.
- Put bell pepper, onion and cheese to top of chops.
- Let sit until cheese is melted.
