Fajita Pork Chops

  1. Sear chops in non-stick skillet until brown on both sides.
  2. Add 1 cup water and seasoning.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper.
  4. Simmer until water is gone.
  5. Put bell pepper, onion and cheese to top of chops.
  6. Let sit until cheese is melted.
