Baked Cavatelli

  1. Prepare pasta, drain and set aside.
  2. Cook sausage in a large skillet; drain fat except for 1 tablespoon.
  3. Cook green onions and garlic until tender.
  4. Use 2-quart casserole. Combine pasta, sausage, onion mixture, tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce, 1/2 Mozzarella, Italian seasoning and pepper.
  5. Mix thoroughly. Bake, covered, in a
  6. 375u0b0 oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Uncover and put remaining Mozzarella on top.
  8. Continue to bake 5 or 10 minutes more.
