Thai Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 green onions (minced)
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finey chopped)
- 2 teaspoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 dash fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 4 whole wheat hamburger buns
- Combine turkey, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape into four burgers.
- Grill, broil, or pan-fry until cooked through.
- Place burgers on bun and serve.
