Sand Bakeleser (Sand Tarts) Swedish Recipe

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add in yolks and mix well.
  3. Add in cream and flour with baking pwdr.
  4. Add in extract.
  5. press down into flouted tart forms and bake a delicate brown in oven, about 375 degrees.
  6. Cold before recovering from tins.
  7. Invert and tap tins gently.
  8. Special tins may be bought at any hardware store.
