Ginger Peach Freeze

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine water, sugar, lemon juice, and ground ginger.
  2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  3. Add frozen peaches.
  4. Let stand about a half hour or till peaches are thawed and mix has cooled.
  5. Add peach mix, half at a time, to a blender container.
  6. Cover and blend till smooth.
  7. Move blended mix to a 2 quart rectangular baking dish.
  8. Cover and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
  9. Break up the mix with fork tines, and spoon into dessert dishes.
  10. Top with fresh peach slices.
  11. Enjoy!
